SEO Specialist

Bear North Digital, a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency, is in search of a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO and a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of search engine algorithms.

As an SEO Specialist at Bear North Digital, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our clients achieve their business objectives and improve their organic search rankings.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across various industries, with the goal of increasing organic traffic, driving leads, and improving online visibility.
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize content accordingly.
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure that all website content and technical aspects are optimized for search engines.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and search engine algorithm updates to provide cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance and progress, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
