Location: Remote (USA Pacific Time Zone a must)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST United States

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and manage client SEO projects. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our clients’ websites to achieve higher rankings in search engines, primarily utilizing tools such as Semrush, WordPress, and Google Business Profile. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, both in speaking and writing, and possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting keyword research using Semrush and other SEO tools to identify high-value keywords for client websites.
Implementing on-page SEO optimizations on WordPress websites, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content optimization.
Managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles for clients to enhance local search visibility.
Analyzing website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and executing off-page SEO strategies, such as link building and outreach campaigns.
Monitoring SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure client websites remain compliant and competitive.
Creating monthly SEO performance reports and communicating insights and recommendations to clients.
Collaborating with content creators and web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, managing SEO projects for clients.
Proficiency in using Semrush for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of WordPress CMS and experience implementing on-page SEO optimizations.
Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile management and local SEO strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO-related tools.
Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Certification in SEO or related field (e.g., Google Analytics or Semrush certification) is a plus.
