We are looking for an experienced & trustworthy SEO specialist to lead our team.

Within this role you will great autonomy to improve on our current processes and set things up for optimal success.

You will need to be proactive, honest, reliable and hardworking.

You are expected to research, implement, and conduct SEO-specific tasks with expertise in the following;

On-Page Optimisation:
– Keyword Research
– Metadata
– Htags
– Image optimisation such as geotagging, renaming and alt-text
– Internal linking
– Schema Mark up
– Writing and Optimisation of Blogs with the help of content Ai tools
– Identifying the most visited blogs to optimise
– Writing fully optimised Blogs and plagiarised free copies with the application of all the on-page techniques

Off-Page Optimisation:
– Local Citation Building
– Guest Posting & Blog commenting
– Competitor’s Backlinks Analysis
– Broken Link fixes
– Backlinks building for stronger authority

Technical SEO & Website Audit:
– Fixing critical errors that are affecting the site score
– Removing 404 errors
– Identifying and fixing Cannibal pages
– Updating 301 URLs
– Removing Toxic External links
– Keyword Research
– Competitive Analysis

GMB:
– Google Business Listing setup
– Google Business Listing Optimisation
– GMB Posting
– Uploading Geotagged images

Experience using Project Management & SEO tools such as; (not required, but it gives you a plus point )
– SemRush
– Agency Analytics – for keywords monitoring and monthly Report creation
– Screaming Frog
– Meta Inspector
– Google Search Console or formerly Google Webmaster
– Google Analytics Universal and GA-4
– Google Tag Manager – not required
– Yoast SEO
– Monday Project Management
– HiveDesk

What we expect of you:
– Reporting hours: Monday to Friday starting at 8 am MLA Time
– Immediately report internet issues or sick leaves
– Attend all meetings with the Directors
– Contribute further for the improvement of SEO practices and processes
– Consistent reporting, coordination, and communication with the team for constant updates/progress of clients/collaboration, and other tasks
– Availability: As soon as possible
