Working hours: 40hrs/week, full-time
Salary: AUD 500-750 DOE for 3 months, will increase after performance review
Working hours: Must be able to work during Melbourne hours

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– The planning and execution of SEO strategy – research, copy, technical implementation & reporting.
– Report on campaign successes and provide recommendations to improve performance
– Delivering exceptional SEO results across local and international campaigns
– Campaign audits and strategy reviews
– Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
– Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics
– Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
– Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
– Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
– Outside the box thinking – one size does not fit all approach
– Strong capabilities and experience with various digital tools
– Strong communication skills working with both internal/external stakeholders
– Driven to be the best with an insatiable appetite for learning & development

REQUIREMENTS:
– 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimisation
– Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
– Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
– Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials
– Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
– Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
– Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
– Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
– Write compelling and high-quality website content, metas and page descriptions where applicable
– Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
– Be passionate about numbers
– Be self-motivated & Strong attention to detail
– Prepare monthly SEO performance & ranking reports
