Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, with a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic growth. As an SEO Specialist at Makebot AI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing our online presence, and ensuring our website ranks highly across search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify high-value keywords relevant to our business.
Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English
Knowledge or Interest in Artificial Intelligence technology is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SEO Specialist:
KPIs will help us determine whether we should continue working with you long-term as we build our global remote team.
1. Search Engine Rankings:
Improve rankings for 50% of targeted keywords within the next 6 months.
Aim to rank at least 20% of new target keywords within the top 20 search results within 4 months.
2. Organic Traffic Growth:
Target a 5% month-over-month increase in organic traffic to the website.
Improve traffic quality, aiming for a 5% increase in average session duration and a 5?crease in bounce rate over the next quarter.
3. High-Quality Backlinks:
Acquire 5 new high-quality backlinks per month from reputable sources in the industry.
