Overview:
This position will serve in an ongoing project-based flow over multiple clients, with each client receiving the following:
1. Initial Website Audit:
Using our SEMRush login, conduct a comprehensive audit of the client’s website to identify technical SEO issues, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Tasks include analyzing website structure, URL structure, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing issues.
2. Keyword Research:
Identify relevant keywords and phrases that align with the client’s business goals and target audience.
Consider search volume, competition, and keyword intent (informational, navigational, transactional).
Generate a list of primary and secondary keywords for each page or section of the website.
3. Technical SEO:
Resolve technical issues identified during the initial website audit, such as broken links, duplicate content, or crawl errors.
Optimize website structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking for improved navigation and user experience.
Implement SSL certificate, optimize , and XML sitemap for better search engine crawling and indexing.
4. On-Page Optimization:
Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, and heading tags (H1, H2, H3) using targeted keywords.
Ensure keyword placement and density are appropriate within the content while maintaining natural readability.
Optimize images with descriptive file names and alt attributes.
Implement schema markup to enhance search engine visibility and rich snippets.
5. Content Strategy:
Develop a content strategy that aligns with the target keywords and addresses the needs of the target audience.
Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content that incorporates targeted keywords naturally.
This responsibility may be shifted to a different team member / given to client to provide technical content and our team optimize.
Regularly update and refresh existing content to improve relevance and maintain competitiveness.
Identify opportunities for creating new landing pages or blog posts to target additional keywords.
6. Link Building:
Execute a link building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites in the client’s industry.
Outreach to relevant websites for guest blogging opportunities, partnerships, or collaborations.
Monitor and disavow toxic or spammy backlinks that may harm the website’s reputation.
7. Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Generate monthly or quarterly reports to update clients on progress and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
