Inspire KBB has grown steadily over the last few years, and we’re looking to take our clients’ marketing to the next level. Therefore, we’re looking to employ a talented and experienced SEO expert to work on search marketing for local kitchen design companies in the UK.

As a successful and forward-thinking marketing agency, we offer basic and advanced SEO for local businesses. We also manage local citations and Google Search campaigns for many of our clients.

The successful candidate can grow with us, and opportunity abounds. We’re not some big, stuffy corporate business; you’ll work in a small, dynamic team and have a real impact. You’ll work closely with the SEO Manager, Marketing Manager, and other key team members. (We have other employees from the Philippines in the company.)

You will be required to execute advanced SEO for our clients’ websites. We have developed set principles for the SEO activity we deliver for local kitchen design companies. You’ll be required to work within some set parameters, but you’ll have plenty of opportunity to contribute to developing our methodology.

You’ll need to be proactive and responsive, able to work closely with others, and, above all, have a great attitude.

The successful candidate MUST have solid experience, skills, and relevant certifications in these areas, along with these other general attributes:
• Technical SEO
• SEO Analysis
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Search Console
• Entirely trustworthy and operates with a high level of integrity
• Works in a quiet and professional location
• Must be available to work most weekdays and for weekly Zoom video meetings
• Will respond to email and WhatsApp messages daily, along with reviewing and updating activity in our task mgmt system

The successful candidate IDEALLY:
• Is knowledgeable about using Squarespace as the primary CMS
• Has a reasonable level of skill and experience with Google Ads
• Is of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and will have a good level of practical business experience
• Has strong English writing and communication skills
• Has a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to work to a formula and deliver high-quality output
• Has experience with Microsoft Office 365 and task management systems
• Has marketing agency experience or experience across multiple clients and sectors
• Has an appreciation of interior design

Hours: Part-time – minimum 4 hours/day (late afternoon/early evening Philippines’ time each weekday)

Part-time Salary: USD $500 – $1,000 per month, based on skills and experience

English: High-level written and spoken required

Reports to: SEO Manager
