SEO Specialist

Remo Growth is looking to hire a full-time SEO Specialist to work remotely in EST timezone. Optimal schedule is anywhere between the hours of 9am-5pm EST, based anywhere in the Philippines, preferably Manila and the salary range is from $4 per hour to $7 per hour depending on the experience in the field.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving both our clients’ & our own, in-house digital marketing efforts. You will be focused on enhancing our online presence, and working closely with our team of dedicated professionals. Specialist Responsibilities
? Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
? Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization.
? Monitor and analyze website performance using industry tools and analytics platforms.
? Collaborate with content creators to ensure best practices are integrated into content development.
? Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
? Drive the implementation of technical improvements.
? Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
? Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our efforts.
? This position has the potential for growth and could lead to guiding, mentoring, and supporting a team of professionals.

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO.
? Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
? Proficiency with industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
? Strong understanding of on-page and off-page techniques.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
