Duties:
You are required to perform the following duties:
• Increase visibility or increase online presence. Increase website visitors or traffic
that increases Google’s ranking online.
• Experienced in placing ads on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Fb, YouTube,
and Tiktok.
• Develops a digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking
changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future
needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social
media marketing, and digital display advertising campaigns.
• Measures and reports performance on all digital marketing campaigns and
assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns.
• Regular reporting on campaign success rates, conversions, ROI, and all media spending to ensure commercial targets are hit.
• Create inspiring briefs with clear objectives, ensuring deadlines are met on budget,
with no compromise in quality of execution.
• End-to-end project management – defining a range of projects and executing
within strict timelines and with multiple deadlines across the business.
• Passionately managing and protecting the Brand ID, Look, Feel, and Creative
Output whilst at the same time ensuring success to the growth of the business.
• Be the entity’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital marketing.
• Build the digital marketing roadmap to grow leads and product sales generated
through digital channels, together with stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and management of digital campaigns from design,
execution, tracking, and optimization.
• Oversee functions as digital media management, social media strategy, and
management, and lead nurturing strategy.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns assess and
iterate against goals and KPIs.
• Understand the consumer journey and have the ability to create content that is
relevant at different stages of the marketing.
• Develop and distribute content tailored to specific channels, understanding how
different narratives can be brought to life on different platforms.
• Provide timely, relevant, and engaging updates to the management around social
content opportunities and performance best practices.
• Responsible for the strategic selection of social media platforms to build our
presence on, defining communication style and type of content to share.
• Use social listening and other tools to actively analyze competition, comments &
sentiments; also, to manage reputation and crisis.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility
of the company’s social content.
• Plan and manage social media content production to produce creative, well
written, rich, and engaging social media content to maximize ROI and increase
brand awareness.
• Be an advocate of the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and
answering questions where appropriate and actively sharing content in target
social networks / online channels, and build loyal communities.
• Create unique and quality content for social media platforms in the form of
written, graphic, a video format that builds meaningful connections and
encourages community members to take action.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, and experiment with new and alternative
ways to leverage social media activities.
• Ownership of paid advertising, and work closely with regional team to achieve
designated business goals.
• Liaise and coordinate with the management to ensure seamless delivery of
projects.
• Critically analyze results and utilize data available to make recommendations to
optimize overall digital marketing strategies.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC and organic initiatives and
campaigns.
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile
discrepancies.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links. Develop and implement link
building strategy.
• Continuous strategy for a social media marketing program to drive user acquisition
and revenue for the company’s product lines across the web and app.
Hours of work:
You are expected to work 40 hours per week. You may also be requested or required to work additional hours if
the additional hours are reasonable. You are not allowed to have a part-time job.
