THE JOB
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our SEO team, working independently to implement strategies created by our SEO Analysts. You’ll be responsible for optimizing website content to improve search engine ranking and drive organic traffic to our clients’ websites.

Specialists at our agency identify opportunities on clients’ websites to improve how search engines find and rank them. Leveraging a combination of technical, creative, and troubleshooting skills, SEO specialists help ensure clients are visible online.
Specific Roles for the SEO Specialist:
– Implement on-page SEO best practices according to keyword targets
– Update and edit content within the WordPress CMS
– Add and optimize schema markup for improved search results
– Utilize SEO tools like SEO Press to enhance optimization efforts
– Collaborate with the team using tools like and Slack
– Stay up-to-date on SEO trends and best practices
– Analyze client performance and identify recommendations for SEO
opportunities
Requirements:
– Work on USA timezone (or at least overlap with USA working hours)
– Fluent English-speaking
– Your own computer with webcam + reliable internet and wifi connection (at least 10mbps, ideally more)
– Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (confident in developing and implementing an on-page strategy including meta info, schema markup, internal links, etc.)
– Experience with project management tools like and communication tools like Slack is a plus
