At Click to view, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our freelance team. We provide short interactive training scenarios to ensure staff preparedness for high risk situations. e.g. emergency scenarios. Trainees take control as the main character in a realistic interactive scenario with actors, make relevant decisions and experience memorable consequences. All in a safe digital learning space. We are able to provide the emotional pressure of making key decisions in emergencies unlike other forms of training. Our website is up and running a few months however the copy is subject to change based on our collaboration with you. We expect to hire the right candidate to get the website optimised and to then check in for further work every 4-6 months to make upgrades based on your performance reports

As an SEO expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising our online presence and driving organic growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks, including refining content for enhanced search engine visibility, conducting comprehensive keyword research, and devising strategies for achieving top-notch organic SEO performance e.g. analysing what my potential buyers problems are, the terms they are using and suggesting blog article titles or topics.

Job Description:

As an integral part of our team, you will take charge of overseeing all aspects of SEO initiatives. Your role will involve crafting and executing content strategies, bolstering link-building efforts, and devising effective keyword strategies to enhance rankings across major search networks. Your dedication and expertise will directly contribute to our digital success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough SEO site audits, executing tests, and meticulously analyzing data to extract insights that drive optimal return on investment.
Monitor, report, and interpret website analytics to guide informed decisions.
Enhance copy and optimize BLOG pages for superior search engine performance.
Continuously discover, expand, and optimize keywords to ensure maximum visibility.
Implement recommendations rooted in comprehensive search engine optimization research.
Investigate and evaluate competitor advertising links to glean valuable insights.
Formulate and implement a robust link-building strategy.
Apply SEO best practices within the Word Press (Divi) environment.
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate SEO principles into content creation and programming.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords by suggesting changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other critical factors.
Requirements and Skills:

Demonstrable track record of successful SEO endeavors.
Profound grasp of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
Extensive experience with a variety of website analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experimentation methodologies.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, as well as their associated limitations.
In-depth understanding of ranking factors and the intricacies of search engine algorithms.
Up-to-date awareness of the latest trends and optimal practices within the realm of SEO.
A degree in a quantitative or test-driven field (BS/MS) is preferred but not obligatory.
