Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for UpPluck Social, LLC, and our clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SEO best practices, capable of devising effective strategies, and dedicated to staying ahead of industry trends to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

– Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
– Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
– Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations for clients’ websites.
– Monitor and analyze organic search performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
– Collaborate with our content team to integrate SEO best practices into content creation.
– Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.
– Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
– Work closely with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
– Analyze competitor websites to identify opportunities for surpassing them in search results.
– Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or a similar role.
– Proven experience in Citation and Quality Backlinks building.
– Strong grip on Technical SEO
– Well-versed in Local SEO
– Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in relation to SEO.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
– Self-motivated with a keen focus on achieving results.
– SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz) are a plus.
