Job Description:

Wayne Grace Lane LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving organic traffic, optimizing online presence, and enhancing the visibility of our niche E-Commerce stores across search engines. As an SEO Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic SEO initiatives to propel our brands to the forefront of their respective markets:

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development
Formulate and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta-tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach.
Technical SEO:
Collaborate with web development teams to ensure technical aspects of the websites are search engine-friendly.
Monitor and enhance website performance, user experience, and page loading speed.
Content Development and Marketing:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content to engage and educate target audiences.
Implement content marketing strategies to attract organic backlinks and social shares.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance and SEO metrics.
Identify key SEO KPIs, monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to implement new and effective SEO techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
