Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify SEO opportunities and pitfalls.
– Lead on-page SEO efforts, including meta-tagging, internal linking, content optimization, and more.
– Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and influencer collaboration.
– Partner with our content team to guarantee the consistent application of SEO best practices.
– Research, integrate, and monitor relevant keywords to optimize visibility and boost organic traffic.
– Produce detailed analytics reports on the efficacy of our SEO strategies for internal reviews and client updates.
– Remain updated with cutting-edge industry shifts, tools, and methodologies.
– Provide actionable insights based on data analytics and industry expertise.

Google Search Console:
– Regularly monitor and analyze clients’ websites via Google Search Console, identifying crawling and indexing issues and resolving them promptly.
– Review and act upon website performance metrics, enhancing visibility and search presence.
– Implement structured data as appropriate and address any schema markup errors.
– Monitor and analyze click-through rates, impressions, and position within the SERPs for key pages and keywords.
– Address and resolve any security or manual actions flagged by Google.

Google Analytics:
– Set up and manage Google Analytics tracking for clients’ websites, ensuring the accurate capture of data.
– Analyze visitor behavior, traffic sources, and conversion paths to provide actionable insights for optimization.
– Set up and monitor goal tracking to measure and improve conversion rates.
– Produce detailed traffic and behavior reports, highlighting growth areas, and recommending strategies to capitalize on them.
– Collaborate with the content and UX teams, using analytics data to improve page performance, bounce rates, and overall user engagement.

SEMrush:
– Utilize SEMrush for keyword research, identifying potential terms and phrases to target based on competition, search volume, and relevance.
– Monitor keyword rankings and visibility scores for clients’ websites, and strategize improvements.
– Conduct backlink analysis to assess the quality and quantity of inbound links and devise link-building strategies.
– Perform competitor analysis to gain insights into their strategies and identify gaps and opportunities for clients.
– Generate and review site audits to highlight and rectify on-site issues, ensuring optimal site health.

Blogging for SEO:
– Work closely with the content team to strategize, plan, and optimize blog content that aligns with SEO goals.
– Guide keyword integration within blogs without sacrificing readability, ensuring content remains audience-centric while being SEO-friendly.
– Assist in developing a consistent blogging schedule to enhance site freshness and authority.
– Monitor blog performance, leveraging analytics to understand which topics resonate with the audience and drive organic traffic.
– Collaborate with outreach teams to promote blogs and gain backlinks, enhancing domain authority.
– Conduct comprehensive website audits to pinpoint SEO opportunities and challenges.
– Lead on-page SEO efforts, including meta-tagging, internal linking, content optimization, and more.
– Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and influencer collaboration.
– Collaborate closely with our content team to ensure consistent application of SEO best practices and content optimization.
– Stay abreast of the latest SEO industry shifts, tools, and methodologies, attending relevant seminars, webinars, or training sessions.
– Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics, competitor insights, and industry expertise.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related domain.
– A minimum of 3 years in SEO with a demonstrable success record.
– Mastery of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
– Deep understanding of search engine behavior, algorithms, and ranking strategies.
– Familiarity with essential web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
– Exceptional communication prowess, both oral and written.
