Job Description

MONstore Ltd is seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as an SEO Specialist and Digital Assistant. As an integral part of our organisation, you will be responsible for optimising our online presence, managing SEO campaigns, and supporting various tasks for the Director. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, and other related areas, while also contributing to the broader operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and improve conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimisation and targeted campaigns.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insightful reports on key metrics.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure on-page optimisation, including meta tags, headers, and content structure.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, including content creation, page layouts, and plugin management.
Assist the Director with data gathering, interpretation, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Provide general IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of digital systems.
Conduct research tasks as assigned, including market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimisation.
Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customisation, plugin management, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, able to generate reports, track website performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with general IT tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, software installation, and network management.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
