SEO Specialist and Virtual Assistant

Experienced SEO Specialist/Virtual Assistant needed. (((Please only apply if you have SEO experience.))) Seeking to hire for a part time, long term position. This job can possibly lead to a full time job in the future. Tasks will be to perform SEO and improve keyword performance and overall website traffic. You must be experienced and proficient in SEO tools, SEO best practices, google analytics, and off-page optimization.

In addition, you will perform a wide variety of virtual assistant tasks for real estate and other businesses. These tasks include social media posting using scheduling software, marketing, research, posting articles in WordPress, and other tasks. You must be experienced with using WordPress and in performing virtual assistance tasks.

A small portion of your job will be to make calls to real estate property owners for 1 to 4 hours over 1 to 2 days out of the week. These are not sales calls but calls to property owners who are in pre-foreclosure, have a lien on their property, etc. to see if they want to sell their house. You will follow a script and if they are interested in selling their house you would gather certain information from them.

I am dedicated to providing you with training on real estate software for lead generation and other training, answering any questions, and providing support to you so we can succeed together. I hope this will turn out to be a long term job for you. You must have a good understanding of English and basic grammar skills. Must be detailed oriented, flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks in multiple businesses, and committed to high quality work.
