SEO Specialist (Ecommerce)

F6 Digital is a fast-growing ecommerce agency based in Brisbane, Australia. We specialise in crafting bespoke digital solutions that drive results and engagement. We’re on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will be able to work full-time, 9am to 5.30pm Brisbane timezone, and will have a deep understanding of SEO in the context of Shopify ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of SEO including technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide data-driven decision making
Utilise Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads reporting to inform strategy
Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and designers to achieve SEO goals
Generate monthly performance reports using visual and tabular tools
Monitor and track keyword positions while proactively preventing SEO issues
Implement practical SEO strategies to grow brands using organic methods
Mentor junior staff in SEO best practices and processes
Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably within an ecommerce setting
Familiarity with Shopify’s platform, including its limitations and capabilities for ecommerce SEO
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
Strong project management skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to generate unique and effective copy, as well as edit existing materials
Experience with AI tools for content generation is a plus
Proven skills in ecommerce product promotion and lead generation

Work Arrangement
