We are a dynamic property management business in Miami, providing affordable coliving options for young professionals near downtown. Committed to growth, we are seeking a Part-Time SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence, increase visibility, and drive leads through strategic SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies tailored to our niche audience.
— Conduct keyword research for young professionals interested in affordable coliving near downtown Miami.
— Implement off-page SEO tactics, including link building and local SEO, to amplify our online footprint.
— Craft the first draft of SEO-optimized articles for our blog that resonates with our target audience.
— Monitor website performance using SEO tools, Search Console and Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics.
— Conduct a comprehensive competitor analysis to inform our SEO strategy.

Qualifications:
— Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, demonstrating successful campaign management.
— Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics
— Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and mobile SEO.
— Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Budget Considerations:
Limited budget for tools; preference given to candidates with access to premium SEO tools.

Desired Timeframe:
Significant SEO improvements and increased visibility within 3-6 months.
