Job Description

SEO Specialist for a US Law Firm

Work Hours: Tuesday to Saturday; 20 hours per week; Shift may be required to start as early as 4 AM PH time.

Our law firm is seeking an SEO Specialist to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our company’s website. The primary responsibility will be to implement effective SEO strategies and techniques to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions. We also expect this position to post to all our SM platforms on a regular basis and oversee lead generation; Work with our other marketing members in maximizing their roles.

Skills Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years working experience as an SEO Specialist
• Mastery of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Strong familiarity with ranking variables and search engine algorithms.
• Proven SEO expertise and a solid track record of accomplished projects
• Must have knowledge in Social Media postings related to SEO
• Ability to adapt to changing SEO trends and search engine algorithms
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Duties:

• Keyword Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant, high-traffic keywords.
Analyze competitor keywords and strategies to identify opportunities.

• On-Page Optimization
Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt tags.
Ensure proper keyword placement and density while maintaining high-quality, user-friendly content.
Improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.

• Technical SEO
Perform website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance.
Address and resolve issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
Implement structured data markup for rich snippets.

• Content Strategy:
Develop and execute content strategies to create SEO-friendly, engaging, and valuable content.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO goals.
Optimize existing content for better search engine visibility.

• Link Building:
Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
Monitor and disavow toxic or spammy backlinks as needed.

• Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant SEO metrics.
Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates.

• Local SEO
Optimize Google My Business listings and local citations.
Manage and respond to online reviews and maintain accurate business information.
