Responsibilities
-SEO:
Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve website organic traffic, ranking, and overall search engine visibility.
Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine visibility and organic rankings
Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including link building and outreach campaigns
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure SEO Sprouts remains at the forefront of the industry.
-Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create compelling social media posts, including text, images, and videos, that showcase SEO Sprouts’ expertise and resonate with target audiences.
Manage and schedule social media content calendars.
Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
-Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Social Media Marketing or similar role
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with social media marketing platforms (Zoho Social is a plus)
Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Search Console
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
