SEO Specialist at AILLC
As an SEO Specialist at AILLC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase organic traffic and improve our search engine rankings. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure our website and content are optimized for search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend necessary improvements.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Helium 10.
Create and manage backlink building campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into our content strategy.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Content Review and Editing: Ensure helpfulness, clarity, coherence, and readability by correcting grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Fact-Checking and Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of facts, statistics, and data to ensure all information is helpful, up-to-date, and correctly sourced.
SEO Optimization: Integrate relevant keywords naturally and optimize on-page SEO elements to enhance search engine visibility.
Content Structure and Formatting: Organize content logically with clear headings and subheadings and appropriate use of media to enhance its helpfulness and readability.
Feedback and Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback to writers and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality content production.
Content Management: Oversee the editorial calendar and content production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Helium 10.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Experience with Google Merchant Center product feed is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
