MADRIGAL NETWORK is looking for a SEO STRATEGIST who will be responsible for developing the overall SEO strategy for the company. Ideal candidate should be skilled at researching to find the right keywords for each project and need to stay up to date with search trends and algorithm changes.
Job Description:
As a SEO STRATEGIST you will be responsible for the the overall marketing strategy and goals of the organization and tailor the SEO strategy to meet the key objectives and reach the company’s target audience. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage our SEO strategy
* Create, execute, and drive a variety of internal SEO strategies and projects geared to drive leads and sales.
* Optimize a range of the websites and conduct on-page & off page SEO* Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
* Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
* Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
* Regularly perform thorough keywords research
*Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
* Prepare and present reports regularly
* Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
* Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
* Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
You will need to have:
• Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in the vertical
• Experience in developing and implementing SEO roadmaps
• Solid background in organic traffic, lead & conversion strategies
• Technical expertise with SEO and analytical tools & systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Experience in using Generative AI tools for SEO-related initiatives & deliverables
• Knowledge of agile marketing methods and best practices
• Adaptable and able to create support for effective campaigns despite restrictions in resources
• Strong communication skills both internally (BUs, top management, etc.) and externally (agencies & tool vendors)
• Data-driven and Customer-Centric attitude
• Capable of working under pressure and multitasking
• Strong marketing analytics set-up & ongoing support skills, especially for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel, app analytics tools, etc.
• Strong data visualization set-up skills, especially for Google Data Studio and/or Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree
