SEO Strategist

This is a full-time role (40 hours a week).
Salary between 300 – 600 PHP based on experience level – will be assessed as part of application.

Position Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO strategist with expertise in conducting SEO audits on websites and developing comprehensive proposals for our Growth team to pitch to clients. This will be an additional responsibility to normal SEO Specialists, with special consideration for hours needed to work on proposals and audits.

As a SEO strategist, you will play a critical role in driving our growth efforts by analyzing website SEO performance, identifying areas of improvement, and creating compelling proposals that showcase our solutions to potential clients. In addition to that, you will also analyse and identify gaps, current trends and issues with our Proposals and Audits and work with the Head of Strategic Growth to develop improvements to the proposal and audit materials, workflow, etc. Your success in this role will be directly linked to the success of the growth pitches and subsequent client acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough SEO audits on websites, analyzing factors such as keyword research, site architecture, content optimization, technical SEO, backlinks, and other relevant SEO elements.
– Take briefs from the Growth team to develop a perfect slide deck that represents the customers problems, and our solutions.
– Identify areas of improvement and develop comprehensive SEO proposals and strategies to enhance website performance and rankings on search engines.
– Collaborate with the Growth team to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals that highlight our SEO solutions, showcasing the value and benefits to potential clients.
– Provide support in preparing Growth presentations, demos, and other collateral to effectively communicate the proposed SEO strategies to clients.
– Monitor and analyze the success of Growth pitches and proposals, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client acquisitions, revenue generated, and client retention rates.
– Develop improvements to the proposal, audit and sales templates that boost conversion rate and speed up the process.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing to ensure our proposals are cutting-edge and competitive in the market.
– Support and collaborate on A+ leads through the sales process when required
– Support and collaborate with Introductory Sales Calls when required

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong track record of successful SEO audits and proposal development.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques, with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and creating effective SEO proposals.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Results-driven mindset, with a keen focus on achieving and exceeding Growth targets and KPIs.

About You

We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist with a keen interest in the SEO industry who is motivated to learn and develop with us and grow alongside our agency.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience working within a digital agency. We are providing consistent training to upskill your level of SEO knowledge from our internal team to transition your skills into our processes, we also offer the opportunity to grow in certain areas such as content strategy, off-page and technical SEO.
