We are looking for someone who will complete deadline-focused tasks, find new opportunities and communicate well.
Considerations:
Communication- Be willing to communicate not only questions and answers, but any insights you find along the way.
Follow Through- Create future reminders for yourself and others to make sure that all tasks were completed and automations were executed. Resolve any uncertainties by asking questions or using resources to find the answers.
Project & Time Management – Be comfortable with the time estimated to complete a task and/or project. Management of Deadlines is crucial.
Thoroughness- Take the time to double check work. Our clients trust us to provide error-free services, and we strive to do our best. Care about creating high-quality goal-oriented work, with a focus on KPIs.
Efficiency- if something can be automated, take the time to set up the automation. Don’t be afraid to bring up solutions to help streamline a process.
Motivated- Complete each task as thoroughly as you can within the allotted time. For example, if your assignment is to complete a competitor analysis and we give you an estimated time of two days to complete the task, spend the entire two days discovering more about how the competitors drive conversions and where opportunities to outperform the competitors lie.
