Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Fix Crawl Errors
– Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
– Strong understanding of website architecture and web technologies.
– Knowledge of page speed optimization techniques.
– Familiarity with structured data and schema markup.
– Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical SEO Audits:
– Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues affecting site performance and search engine visibility.
– Use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush to gather data and insights.

On-Page SEO Optimization:
– Optimize meta tags (titles, descriptions), header tags, and alt attributes.
– Ensure keyword placement and density are in line with best practices.

Site Speed Optimization:
– Analyze site speed using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Lighthouse.
– Implement solutions to reduce load times, such as optimizing images, minifying CSS and JavaScript, leveraging browser caching, and improving server response times.

Mobile SEO:
– Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive.
– Implement AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) where appropriate.

Fix Crawl Errors:
– Identify and resolve crawl errors reported by Google Search Console.
– Ensure all pages are properly indexed by search engines.

Structured Data Implementation:
– Implement structured data () to enhance search engine understanding of the site’s content.
– Validate structured data using Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool.

Internal Linking Optimization:
– Review and optimize internal linking structures to improve crawlability and user experience.
– Ensure important pages are easily accessible to search engines and users.

URL Structure Optimization:
– Ensure URLs are clean, descriptive, and follow SEO best practices.
– Implement 301 redirects for any URL changes to maintain SEO value.
– Google Search Console and Analytics Setup Specialist

Google Search Console Setup:
– Set up and verify Google Search Console for the website.
– Submit sitemaps and ensure they are regularly updated.
– Monitor Search Console for indexing issues, penalties, and other notifications.

Google Analytics Setup:
– Set up and configure Google Analytics to track website performance.
– Implement goals, funnels, and event tracking to measure key metrics.
– Ensure cross-domain tracking if the website spans multiple domains.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Regularly review data from Google Search Console and Analytics.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
– Generate and present detailed reports on SEO performance and site speed improvements.

Integration and Tag Management:
– Implement Google Tag Manager for easier management of tracking codes.
– Ensure proper integration of Analytics and other tracking tools.

Monitoring and Maintenance:
– Continuously monitor website performance and SEO metrics.
– Make ongoing technical adjustments based on data analysis and algorithm updates.
– Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes to ensure the website remains optimized.
