The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, exceptional organizational skills, and effective project management abilities.

**About Us:**
We are a fast growing start up company in the home service industry (plumbing, garage door, locksmith) looking for an experienced WordPress SEO Web Developer/Designer who is a self starter and very familiar with SEO optimization. If successful, you have a lot of opportunities for advancement as we are expanding our headcount about +1 per every 3 months.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
– Oversee backlinking strategies, actively acquiring relevant and authoritative backlinks.
– Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
– Apply on-page and off-page SEO best practices to elevate website rankings.
– Optimize website structure, navigation, and URLs to enhance search engine visibility.
– Improve website speed and performance using various techniques, including image optimization and browser caching.
– Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is search engine-friendly and engaging for users.
– Monitor and assess SEO performance, delivering regular reports and implementing data-driven enhancements.
– Stay abreast of SEO trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Project Management:**
– Efficiently manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of performance objectives.
– Maintain and update task management software, breaking down projects into tasks and tracking progress until completion.
– Collaborate with team members to execute web design and SEO initiatives aligned with client objectives.
– Monitor and report on project progress, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement.

**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, encompassing both on-site and off-site optimization.
– Demonstrated track record of achieving SEO results and enhancing local search rankings.
– Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
– Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
– Prior agency experience is highly desirable.
– Proficient in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
