# Position Details

This is a full time position. There will be a requirement to complete a set number of blog posts a week. Must already be very familiar with WordPress, Blog SEO, and RankMath. Must be fluent English writer with past experience writing optimized blog posts

You can use KoalaWriter to help create a starting point article to then optimize with RankIQ and WordPress/Carrot tools. You’ll add images, links, and fully optimize articles to outrank competitive posts for that keyword.

You will have a mixture of creating new blog posts on keyword topics, and creating blog posts from new YouTube videos (and you’ll embed the video at the top of the blog post).

This is for two brands:

– AgentWealthHustle com – A blog we use to attract real estate agents to eXp Realty.
– We write blog posts to attract real estate agents to the website.
– Primary goal is for them to schedule a call with us about joining our eXp Realty team at www agentwealthhustle com
– Secondary goal is for them to give us their email so we can invite them to a Skool mastermind community to eventually get them to join our eXp Realty team
– We have two major competitors in the eXp Realty blogging space.
– Buildingbetteragents – has been around a long time. Not really active now.
– kylehandy – has more lead generation posts and about 50% more posts. He isn’t really posting now, this is our chance to take over.
– PanhandlePCS – A blog for my Military to Agent real estate agent team on the Florida Panhandle.
– We write blog posts, usually to go with my YouTube videos, to attract clients to our real estate team.

Once the the 200+ articles are done for AgentWealthHustle, you will keep doing posts for YouTube videos, we will add new original keyword posts, and you will create blog posts for other real estate agents on our national team. You may also help with blog posts for some of Charlie’s real estate investing related activities.

## Goal 1: Take Over as Top Realty Blog

We will do this by Creating Over 300 New Blog Posts for AgentWealthHustle Blog and creating Blog Posts for Every new YouTube Video

You’ll prioritize blog posts for videos from my AWH YouTube channel. I have an Airtable that will make it easy to see which videos need Blog Posts.

AWH Website is WordPress. RankMath is the SEO tool we use.

You’ll work writing new blog posts from a keyword list of over 200 keywords designed to hijack traffic from Kyle Handy. You’ll use his and other top posts as a reference to write a better – ORIGINAL – one.

## Goal 2: Grow traffic to PanhandlePCS Blog

You’ll write blog posts for new videos to my Military Home Team YouTube channel. I have an Airtable that will make it easy to see which videos need Blog Posts.

I may occasionally ask for a new post or two.

Panhandle PCS is hosted with a Carrot site. It is WordPress based, but you can’t add plugins.
