What We Offer:
– Position: Property Manager
– Hours: 40 hours a week, across five days including one weekend day
– Holidays: 15 days holiday
– Birthday: A day of for your birthday every year
– Bonus: 13th month bonus
– Salary: PHP 30,000-40,000

**Key Responsibilities**
– Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for property owners, addressing their needs and concerns.
– Guest Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring their satisfaction.
– Maintenance & Cleaning: Ensure properties are maintained and cleaned to the highest possible standards.
– Onboarding: Onboard new properties and offboard outgoing ones, ensuring a smooth transition.

– Calm Under Pressure: Whether it’d an unexpected maintenance emergency or challenging guest that needs your help, keeping your cool is essential.
– Adaptable: No two days are the same in this role but if you’re adaptable and can think on your feet, that what makes the role exiciting!
– People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
– Organized & Efficient: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Experienced: Having experience in the serviced accommodation industry will be looked upon favourably but full training will be given.
