We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating service requests with the appropriate service providers. The role requires exemplary English communication skills, a sense of urgency, and proficiency in various software tools including Salesforce, ClickUp, and Mhelp Desk.
Responsibilities:**
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Coordinate service requests from clients and match them with the appropriate service provider from a designated list.
3. Utilize Salesforce, ClickUp, and Mhelp Desk to manage service requests, prioritize tasks, and track progress.
4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and service activities.
5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and service assignments.
6. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
7. Bring order to chaos by efficiently organizing service requests and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
9. Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to effectively promote additional services to clients.
10. Assist clients with completing service work as quickly as possible, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
2. Exemplary English communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Mhelp Desk is required.
6. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
7. Medical imaging experience is a plus, but not required.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
9. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
10. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
