Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, you will work with an enthusiastic team, managing a wide variety of government and private clients across Australia.

With your passion for building relationships and previous customer service experience, along with supportive, ongoing training, you will be able to provide outstanding support to customers and thrive in this fast paced, collaborative environment. This will be balanced with organising and scheduling your technical team to ensure your clients have the technical support when required.

It is a fast-paced and dynamic role which will offer ample opportunity for growth and development for the right candidate within our growing and evolving business.

Responsibilities

*Maintain relationships and work in tandem with technicians to ensure successful outcomes for clients
*Collaborate with all service team stakeholders to manage daily technician schedule
*Drive memorable customer relationships, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of benefits and services
*Liaise with support staff regarding administration tasks
*Be solution focused & creative with problem-solving when working with clients
*Be a great communicator who can deal with a wide range of clients face to face, over the phone, online & written
*Manage customer requests for servicing, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works
*Implement maintenance contracts for your accounts
*Quote & invoice specialized jobs
*Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance
*Receive and monitor all inbound calls and triage emails to determine the appropriate action required
*Liaise with Subcontractors completing required permits & paperwork

Skills & Experience

-Strong ability to collaborate within a team to share resources and and ideas to ensure positive client outcomes.
-Experience with SimPro or similar software platform
-Demonstrated customer service/service account management experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
-Adaptability, resilience and strong problem solving skills
-Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise & multi-task
-Strong organisational and time management skills
-Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel Powerpoint etc)
-Ability to remain calm under pressure
