Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all service requests are managed efficiently. This role requires outstanding English speaking skills, a friendly and open personality, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking IT support via phone, email, or in-person.
– Log and prioritize service requests, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
– Coordinate with technical teams to assign and resolve service tickets promptly.
– Monitor and follow up on the status of outstanding issues, keeping clients informed.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
– Assist in developing and maintaining service desk procedures and documentation.

Requirements:
– Excellent English speaking skills.
– Friendly and open personality with strong interpersonal skills.
– Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Previous experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a plus.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in using service desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

Working hours are from 8 am Central time to 5 pm Central time
