Ltd., a leader in the collectable souvenir industry, is seeking a Service Coordinator Specialist with a passion for customer service and a track record of excellence in support roles. As we expand our offerings of Penny Press and Medallion Machines across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea, we need a proactive and experienced individual to help manage our growing customer base and service operations. If you have experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
– **Advanced Customer Support:** Act as a senior point of contact for complex customer inquiries, using your experience to resolve issues efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction.
– **Service Management:** Take ownership of the service ticket process, from advanced troubleshooting to resolution, ensuring high levels of service quality and efficiency.
– **Technical Coordination:** Oversee the dispatch and management of service technicians, including scheduling and technical support, leveraging your expertise to improve processes and outcomes.
– **Documentation and Process Improvement:** Lead in the creation and maintenance of service documentation, and use your insights to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
– **Mentorship and Collaboration:** Serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a customer support or service coordination role, with a history of managing complex customer issues.
– Strong technical acumen, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
– Relevant training or certifications in customer service, technical support, or related fields.
– Previous experience working remotely, demonstrating strong self-management and communication skills.
