Job Description

We are looking for a Service & Marketing Operations Associate to help contribute to the development of our AI-assisted online speech therapy services enabling more effective speech & language improvement for children.

Job Scope

Service:

1. Serve as main liaison between therapists/coaches and US-based client families – including scheduling meetings, facilitating communication, troubleshooting, etc.

2. Facilitate service activation for clients using internal tools, including onboarding and simple system usage troubleshooting

3. Regularly communicate and interact with clients by chat, email, and phone; provide encouragement and assist in solving user problems

4. Track status of clients, therapists/coaches, and interactions; update tools

Marketing Support:
1. Create SEO-friendly content using both your own writing and AI-writing tools – newsletter, blogs, social media posts

2. Proofread and optimize existing content, including updating website descriptions

3. Drive online influencer & community engagement

4. Ad-Hoc research and list-building support as needed

Details
1. Time Commitment: 20 hours per week; some time flexibility may occasionally be required to call customers in the US during the morning or late evening in Asia

2. Location: The candidate will be working closely with teammates distributed across the US, Taiwan, and mainland China, with the primary team being in Taiwan.

Must-Have Qualities

1. Minimum BA or BS from university

2. 2+ years of experience in virtual administration/secretary work, customer care, customer support, or account management

3. Experience in digital content marketing and social media engagement

4. Excellent English reading/writing/speaking/listening ability – you will be communicating with people in the US

5. Can communicate clearly, concisely, and with empathy (verbal and written) – you can write professional emails on your own and are comfortable calling families

6. Detail-oriented and organized – your manager does not have to worry that you only noted 50% of the contents of a meeting or have to remind you about deadlines

7. Adaptable to startup environment – strong ownership, planning, initiative, self-learning

Nice-to-Have Qualities
1. Can quickly teach yourself new tools – you will not get stuck for weeks because the company uses something other than Google Suite

2. Experience with AI-writing / content generation tools

3. Outgoing, customer-oriented personality

4. Previous interaction with families and special needs children
