We are looking for a serviced accommodation VA to join our team and assist with guest acquisition, guest communications and digital marketing via emails and social media. The role will also require the appointed individual to make outbound calls to communicate with companies who may require accommodation in the area, therefore being fluent in English is key for this role.
Key aspects of this role include;
* Communicating with guests before, during and after their stay via email and over the phone.
* Manage bookings via a web based booking system.
* Answering telephone calls during 12pm – 4pm (BST).
* Promptly responding to general enquiries regarding properties via emails and text messages.
* Manage and liaise with the cleaners to ensure that the properties are left in a good condition and set up accordingly before new guests arrive.
* Manage repairs as and when required. This includes sourcing and communicating with trades people when emergency work needs to be carried out.
* Researching and contacting local businesses/trade projects that may attract guests for the apartments.
* Assist with the onboarding process of new properties
* General admin support and property maintenance issues.
* Keeping brand social media channels up to date with new content

This role is largely customer focused and as such, we require the suitable candidate to;
* Communicate fluently in English – both spoken and written.
* Have first-rate customer service skills.
* Be proficient in using web based booking syste and other online booking portals such as Airbnb, Vrbo,
* Be reliable.
* Show attention to detail.
* Relevant Hospitality experience would be helpful.

* Be proactive in acquiring new long term bookings consistently using various channels to attract new long term guests.
