We help our clients master leadership-driven sales, recruit & hire A-Players, and set up systems to get them OFF the phones. We work closely with them and their sales teams to ensure that representatives are consistently performing and hitting KPI every week.
Role requirements
You are responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. It’s your duty to assist with defaulted payments, handle refund requests, and support client success teams as needed.
Prospecting: You will have a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources.
Enrolling: Conduct calls via Zoom, and it is your responsibility to enroll clients into the program within the KPI.
Nurturing: You must track your pipeline of people who did not enroll on the first call.
Your role is crucial in boosting monthly and quarterly sales revenues.
Prospecting: Maintain a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources
Enrolling: Conduct calls via Zoom, and it’s your responsibility to enroll clients into the program within the KPI.
Defaults, Refunds, and Customer Satisfaction: Take ownership of your responsibilities in handling defaulted payments, refund requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead will be Hot – Close & process payment on the call
