Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative at Aslanyan Investment Corp., your main role is to identify and engage potential leads, primarily within educational institutions and the tech industry. You’ll use various communication channels to understand their needs and introduce them to our innovative data science bootcamp. Your goal is to arrange meetings with our senior team to showcase our offerings and turn potential clients into Aslanyan Investment Corp. advocates. We’re seeking proactive individuals with excellent selling skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads, focusing mainly on educational sectors and tech industry professionals.
Market Research: Undertake comprehensive research to pinpoint potential clients, scrutinize industry trends, and comprehend the competitive arena.
Engagement: Leverage various platforms (email, phone, social media, prospecting tools) to engage prospects, understand their needs, and introduce them to Aslanyan Investment Corp’s mission and offerings.
Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing and sales teams to craft potent lead generation and conversion strategies and campaigns.
Relationship Building: Foster enduring relationships with prospects and clients, delivering unparalleled customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Performance: Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives and quotas, continually enhancing your sales strategies.
Reporting: Regularly update the team on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights through detailed reports.
Product Demos: Gradually take on the responsibility of conducting product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages and value of our bootcamp.

About You:
Communication Skills: You excel in articulating your thoughts, both in writing and verbally.
Persuasion: Armed with compelling persuasion skills, you can convincingly portray the value of our bootcamp to potential clients.
Independence: You have a penchant for working autonomously, initiating actions, and driving positive outcomes.

Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the education or tech sector.
Trustworthiness: An inherent capacity to establish trust and rapport with prospective clients.
Sales Success: A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Self-Motivation: A self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented individual.
Industry Knowledge: A background in data science, education, or related industries is a plus.
CRM Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools for efficient lead and opportunity management.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Sales Tools: Preference will be given to candidates with access to and experience with professional sales tools (e.g., Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, UpLead, Hunter, Outreach).
