Job Description

Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure the company’s SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and other applications.
• Provides content updates, account administration, debugging, feature enhancements/customizations, testing, documentation, and regular updates/upgrades to ensure web security and system usability.
• Maintains internal web sites and applications using SharePoint Online.
• Coordinates cross-functionally on developing requirements for SharePoint applications and an intuitive user interface to ensure consistency and functionality.
• Deploys established security policies and procedures to ensure the websites are available to the desired audiences.
• Participates in the planning, execution, and communication of site migration projects.
• May participate in developing maintenance programming for web pages and web applications, including web usability testing.
• Develop and implement S.O.P. and ensure that procedures are always observed.
• May have cross-functional responsibilities in providing support to project managers and overall success of the organization.
• Establish and maintain client focus through performance goals, deliverables, reports, and value-added services
• Provide administration and processing of project logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilization.
• Can independently oversee related activities and tasks as necessary
• Provide all services and objectives for the application of company standards and quality project deliverables.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Preferred Education and Skills Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent English both verbal and written communication
• Experience in Web Development a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Suite a plus
• Experience in Construction industry a plus
• Microsoft certification a plus
• SharePoint/ Web Portfolios a plus
