Job Description

Join our fast growing company as a Shared Customer Support Agent with English C1 language skills.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: Floating schedule with 3 types of shifts (8:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00, 00:00-8:00), Mon-Sun. (Please note, that there are night shifts here and agents must have 4 such shifts per month. In general, there will be working days and then two days off )

Your responsibilities:
– Manage open tickets, chats sometimes calls in a timely manner.
– Achieving the previously set KPIs (CSAT, SLA, Productivity, other)
– Following the assigned priority.
– Maintaining 24/7 coverage for clients.
– Keeping the database and FAQs up to date.
– Offer overall workflow improvements.
– Maintain regular reporting.
– Being a support agent for several projects simultaneously

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– English B2+;
– Customer Support experience would be close to compulsory.

– Experience working with CRMs
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
