JourneyPoint, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Consultant experienced in SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Syntex to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing innovative and cutting-edge solutions to our clients, empowering them to maximize their productivity and streamline their business processes using Microsoft’s collaborative suite.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for creating compelling blog articles and providing expert development services in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your role will drive adoption, enhance functionality, and deliver exceptional experiences to our client’s end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Blog Article Writing: Research, write, and edit informative and engaging blog articles related to SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Syntex. These articles should cater to various audiences, from technical experts to business users, and showcase the latest trends, best practices, and updates within the Microsoft 365 space.
2. SharePoint Development: Utilize your expertise in SharePoint development to design, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and applications according to the clients’ requirements and industry standards.
3. Power Platform Development: Develop and deploy business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to automate processes, create interactive applications, and provide data-driven insights.
4. Microsoft Teams Customization: Customize Microsoft Teams with an emphasis on creating tabs, bots, connectors, and apps to enhance collaboration and optimize teamwork for our clients.
5. Microsoft Syntex Implementation: Leverage Microsoft Syntex to automate content processing and classification, document understanding, and data extraction, ensuring content is efficiently managed and organized.
6. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions, delivering projects on time and within scope.
7. Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Syntex solutions.
8. Stay Updated: Continuously monitor industry trends, new features, and updates within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and provide valuable insights to the team and clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Syntex Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong writing skills with experience in creating high-quality blog articles or technical documentation.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Syntex.
• Ability to design and implement SharePoint solutions, develop Power Apps, automate workflows, and create rich reports in Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related technologies would be a plus.
