What you will be doing:

• Create, configure, and customize SharePoint libraries, systems, dashboards, applications, etc.
• Create and manage SharePoint site collections, sites, and subsites.
• Manage SharePoint forms and lists, including creating custom forms and lists.
• Manage SharePoint content databases, including backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Design end-user friendly, highly functional, intuitive user interfaces.
• Provide technical support and training to SharePoint users and stakeholders.
• Design and implement M365 solutions for the organization.
• Define, architect, and implement solutions with Power Platform.
• Configure SharePoint security settings, including user permissions, groups, and access levels.
• Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies, including standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform regular SharePoint maintenance tasks, such as patching, updating, and upgrading SharePoint.
• Stay up to date with new SharePoint features and capabilities and recommend ways to use them to improve business operations.
• Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
• Improve productivity and streamline processes using Microsoft 365 services.
• Create security and distribution groups in Active Directory.
• Update, contribute, and maintain local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change.
• Support and troubleshoot M365 collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint applications, including custom applications and third-party applications.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain documentation and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Online development.
• Subject matter expert and working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Good understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for SharePoint administration and optimization.
• Experience in developing SharePoint workflows, forms, and custom solutions using SharePoint Designer and other tools.
• Experience with Power Apps – Canvas and Model Driven.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, and Planner.
• Able to see projects/assignments through to completion while adhering to business timelines.

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30mbps
• Fluency in communicating in the English language
• Antivirus will be set up on your computer
• Have high-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be dependable, show up on time during set hours (8am – 5 pm CT (UTC -6))
