SharePoint & Power Platform Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our team and manage our SharePoint environment. As a SharePoint and Power Platform Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, solutions, and workflows. You will collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and provide technical support for SharePoint-related issues.
Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and views.
* Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the platforms as necessary.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure SharePoint security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
* Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features, industry trends, and best practices.
* Create Power Automate for workflow automation.
* Implement search functionality, taxonomies, and metadata for efficient information retrieval.
* Provide technical support and issue resolution for SharePoint-related problems.
* Configure and administer SharePoint Azure Cloud Instances for optimal performance and security.
* Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications using APIs, JSON, and RESTful services.
* Create and customize reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
* Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator, including SharePoint 365 and Power Automate Flows.
* Strong understanding of SharePoint data structure and information flow.
* Proficiency in creating sites, document libraries, lists, views, and configuring search and taxonomies.
* Experience with Office integration, reporting functions, and SharePoint customization.
* Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JSON, APIs, error-handling, and related technologies.
* Experience with Power BI and other visualization tools for reporting.
* Knowledge of MS Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and REST APIs for automation and integration tasks.
