The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a dedicated Ship Hero Specialist to join our growing team and optimize our order fulfillment process. You’ll play a crucial role in managing and improving our operations using the Ship Hero platform, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. This position requires a thorough understanding of the Ship Hero system, strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process using the Ship Hero platform, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
– Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand.
– System Optimization: Identify and implement improvements within the Ship Hero system to enhance efficiency and accuracy of the fulfillment process.
– Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to order processing, inventory discrepancies, and system errors in a timely manner.
– Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use of the Ship Hero platform, ensuring best practices are followed.
– Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment metrics, inventory levels, and system performance to inform strategic decisions.
– Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customer service, procurement, and IT, to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional challenges.
Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment role, with specific experience using the Ship Hero platform.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Ship Hero system is required. Familiarity with other order management systems and inventory management software is a plus.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data and implement process improvements.
– Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support team members.
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing inventory and processing orders.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
