Job Description

We are a Lighting Manufacturer located in Utah, USA. Currently looking for a Shipping Manager (WFH) to ensure all aspects of the warehouse and logistics processes are kept running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and scheduling all the shipments.
• Backend processes should be clean, organized, and well-documented.
• Process and track paperwork and orders from receipt of sales orders through purchase receipts, delivery notes, and passing of delivered orders to finance dept for final invoicing.
• Update sales team daily on ALL in-transit orders to keep customers up to date.
• Organize and keep track of all inventory, ensuring that product is stored safely and in the most efficient fashion to allow for quick order fulfillment
• Communicate with salesman regularly on the status of their orders and any delays on the fulfillment side.
• Manage relationships with major supply partners and facilitate requests from the sales team for up to date information on stock levels, pricing, and other needs.
• Strive for constant improvement in cost controls by working to negotiate better deals with supply partners, logistics partners, and others and ensure all orders are fulfilled within current agreements with those partners
• Study spec sheets, catalogs, and other materials from all supply partners and work to become the in-house expert on these product lines.
• Regularly communicate with supply partners and engineering dept about new upcoming products and help to educate Brilled team on new innovations.
• Provide monthly reports on all KPIs to the upper management team.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping operations.
• Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with various teams and external partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize shipping processes and address issues.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Must be able to work remotely in the US time zone while maintaining over-the-top effective communication with our team, especially their direct report.
