Job Description: Shopee Store Manager (Own Stores and Third-Party Stores)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shopee Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our own stores as well as third-party stores on the Shopee platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Management:
– Manage and oversee the operations of both our own stores and third-party stores on Shopee.
– Ensure accurate product listings, including descriptions, prices, images, and inventory levels.
– Implement and monitor pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
2. Sales and Marketing:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
– Plan and manage promotional campaigns, flash sales, and special offers to drive traffic and sales.
– Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Customer Service:
– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
– Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address any issues.
4. Performance Analysis:
– Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer retention.
– Generate reports to provide insights into store performance and suggest improvements.
– Use data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
5. Inventory Management:
– Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
– Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
– Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment to meet sales demands.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
– Work closely with marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
– Coordinate with third-party store owners to align on business goals and strategies.
– Stay updated with Shopee platform policies, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce store management, preferably on Shopee.
– Proven track record of managing and growing online stores.
2. Skills and Abilities:
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Other Requirements:
– Familiarity with Shopee’s policies, tools, and features.
– Experience managing both own stores and third-party stores is a plus.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
