Shopify Account Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Shopify Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Shopify store, ensuring that they are fully optimized for sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Optimize Shopify store for search engine visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion
Create and implement marketing and sales campaigns to drive traffic and sales to our Shopify store
Monitor and analyze Shopify store metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates and best practices to ensure our store are always optimized for success
Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Shopify Account Manager or similar role
Experience managing Shopify stores, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Strong understanding of Shopify best practices for search engine optimization, customer engagement, and sales conversion
Experience creating and implementing marketing and sales campaigns to drive traffic and sales to Shopify stores
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
