As a Shopify account manager, you need to be able to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. You also need to have knowledge of the Shopify Dashboard.
Requirements:
-Preferably have 1-2 years of Shopify experience.
-You need to be able to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
-Sales skills: You may also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products and services, so a good understanding of sales techniques is important.
-You need to be able to manage multiple projects and priorities, and have a strong attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for a Shopify account manager, as you will need to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
-Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
-E-commerce strategy: Working with clients to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
-Shopify platform management: Providing support and guidance to clients on how to use the Shopify platform effectively, including customizing and optimizing their online store.
-Marketing and sales: Assisting clients with digital marketing efforts, such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales to their online store.
-Analytics and reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, and presenting regular reports to clients on the performance of their online store.
-Inventory and order management: Assisting clients with managing their inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
-Technical support: Providing technical support to clients, resolving any technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of their online store.
-Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients, to increase revenue and grow the business.
-As a Shopify account manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring their success on the platform. You will need to have a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and Shopify, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is full-time, which means 40 hours a week. You will need to be available during EST for communication and reporting.
