We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shopify and Admin Support Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will not only be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online presence through the Shopify platform but will also play a vital role in providing administrative support to our project manager. This is a back office role and does not involve customer service.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Management:
– Add, update, and manage product listings on the Shopify platform.
– Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
– Implement and optimize e-commerce best practices to enhance the customer shopping – experience.
Content Management:
– Create and update blog content to engage our audience and drive traffic.
– Develop and implement email sequences to effectively communicate with customers.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
Data Entry and General Administrative Support:
– Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.
– Maintain organized records of product information, customer data, and other relevant details.
– Collaborate with team members to support overall business objectives.
Project Manager Support:
– Work closely with the project manager to assist in project coordination and execution.
– Update project documentation, schedules, and communicate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
– Provide administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of project-related tasks.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience working with Shopify and managing e-commerce platforms.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
