Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics Product Lister with a strong proficiency in SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and listing products on our Shopify store and Microsoft Dynamics platform, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and consistency. This role requires an individual who is experienced in e-commerce, possesses excellent organizational skills, and has a keen understanding of SEO best practices to drive traffic and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing:
Accurately list and update products on Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Ensure all product details are correct, including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications.
Categorize products effectively to enhance user experience and searchability.
SEO Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to optimize product listings for search engines.
Conduct keyword research to identify and incorporate relevant keywords into product titles, descriptions, and meta tags.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making adjustments to improve rankings and visibility.
Inventory Management:
Maintain up-to-date inventory levels across all platforms.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely updates.
Content Creation:
Write compelling and accurate product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create SEO-friendly content for product listings and other promotional materials.
Quality Assurance:
Regularly review product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Resolve any discrepancies or errors in product information promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and SEO metrics.
Use data insights to suggest improvements and strategies for enhancing product listings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing product listings on Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with other e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
