Key Responsibilities:

Utilize language translation tools, such as ChatGPT or DeepL, to communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers.

Proactively identify and address potential challenges to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:

Fluency in ENGLISH (both written and spoken) is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, as you will collaborate with a diverse team.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with translation tools such as ChatGPT or DeepL is a MUST.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various software applications.
