Customer Relationship Building:
Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and promote brand loyalty.
Trustworthiness:
Establish trust with customers through transparent and effective communication.
Handle customer data and information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Adaptability:
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Adapt to changes in procedures and processes as the business evolves.
Team Oversight (Future Responsibility):
Demonstrate leadership qualities with the potential to oversee and guide other customer service team members.
Assist in training new hires and ensuring a cohesive and efficient customer service team.
Requirements:
Shopify Proficiency:
Experience using Shopify for customer service tasks is essential.
Familiarity with Shopify features, order management, and basic troubleshooting.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Ability to work with Deepl and chatgpt translator is a must.
